Poly Waterproof Line (Good Quality) Basically the
same line as the Regular Rosewood, this is a partial tang steel that
goes partway through the handle and makes for a nice lightweight
set. Handles are made from polypropylene, a black nylon waterproof
handle, so they can be sanitized. Ideal for someone who has a
dishwasher or those looking for a more economical Grohmann set.
Perfect for food processing facilities as well.
